Using Orbit
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Orbit, a dashboard for organizing attention across connected email and calendar accounts.

1. Accepting these terms
By creating an Orbit session or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Orbit. If you use Orbit for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
Orbit provides a private dashboard that can connect to supported email and calendar providers, synchronize selected read-only data, rank messages, and generate productivity suggestions. The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, models, or integrations at any time.
Orbit does not send email, change provider calendars, make payments, or take actions in an external account on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing and carrying out any action suggested by the service.
3. Your accounts and permissions
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping access to your sign-in account secure, and using Orbit only with accounts and data you are authorized to connect. You must not share your session, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use Orbit to violate a provider’s terms or applicable law.
When you connect Google, Microsoft, or another supported provider, you authorize Orbit to request the scopes displayed during that connection. You can revoke provider access through the provider’s account controls and can disconnect secondary accounts in Orbit where that feature is available.
4. AI features
Orbit may use a service-configured AI model to classify messages and generate plans, reply suggestions, meeting preparation, and other content. AI results are probabilistic, may contain errors or omissions, and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, security, or other expert advice. Verify important information and decisions independently.
The service operator, not the user, selects the AI provider and model. AI availability, limits, latency, and output may vary. Do not rely on an AI result as the only basis for an urgent, financial, legal, security, or safety decision.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in the information you connect to Orbit and the content you enter or create through the service. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, synchronize, and display that content to provide Orbit and its requested features. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to provide the content and allow the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
You may submit feedback about Orbit. The operator may use feedback to operate and improve the service without owing compensation, while treating personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Orbit depends on third-party services, including email and calendar providers, AI providers, observability services, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. The operator is not responsible for a third party’s availability, security, content, policies, or actions.
7. Availability and disclaimers
Orbit is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. The operator does not guarantee that Orbit will identify every important message, deadline, or calendar conflict.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to Orbit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Orbit at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or infrastructure; to address misuse or security risks; or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Continued use of Orbit after an update means you accept the revised terms.
